We're a full-service Consulting company and provide comprehensive development services for aspiring models, actors and other creative professionals. This platform is designed for beginners or someone who needs industry mentorship and guidance.

Why No Formal Contract?

Consulting Focus: Your services focus on guidance and development rather than representation, allowing talents to grow without exclusivity.
Independent Growth: Models and actors can use your consulting services as a steppingstone before signing with agencies or other representation.

How it Works

Step #1

Once we verify your registration, AHT Agent will contact you and you'll be instructed via email for your first One-on-One Virtual Consultation to get you started and complete your onboarding process.
Talent will receive number of complimentary (In-Peron and Virtual) Consultation hours depending on the program package you selected. This is valid for the 2 years duration.
All our consultation is by appointment only.

Step #2

You'll be provided with photoshoot details such as mood board, wardrobe, hair and makeup and other preparation prior to your photo/video shoot.
A well-crafted portfolio serves as a professional résumé, providing casting directors, clients, and agencies with a clear picture of the model or actor’s unique strengths, adaptability, and experience, and is key to landing new opportunities in the industry.

Overview

Career Guidance: We understand that talent alone is not enough. Our organization offers tailored career development programs designed to enhance your skills, expand your network, and maximize your potential in the entertainment industry. From acting workshops to vocal training, we provide the necessary resources to help you polish your craft and stay ahead of the competition.
Individual Development Plans (IDPs): Create personalized career development plans that outline goals, strategies, and timelines for achieving career milestones.
Career Counseling: Offer counseling services to help individuals navigate their career paths, explore opportunities, and make informed decisions.

Overview

Portfolio Reviews: Conduct portfolio review sessions to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Portfolio Development: We assist talent in creating professional portfolios that showcase their best work and highlight their strengths.
For models, a portfolio includes a mix of beauty, product, catalog/e-commerce, lifestyle, fitness/sports, swim, headshots, full-body shots, editorials, fashion and commercial images to highlight versatility in different looks and settings.
For actors, it may feature headshots, character shots, and links to demo reels or clips, reflecting their acting range and screen presence.

Step #3

Essential tools that help showcase their talent, promote their brand, and prepare them for success. These materials typically consist of a professional portfolio, digital comp cards, headshots, resumes, and sometimes a demo reel for actors.
Each item highlights different aspects of their skills and experience, making them indispensable for casting calls, agency submissions, and networking. High-quality industry materials are crucial for making a strong first impression and establishing credibility within the competitive modeling and acting fields.

Step #4

Talent will be assisted by our Agent for Castings and Auditions platform profile set up. Will provide a reputable list of casting platform where you can establish an account and apply.
Keep in mind we only provide this source, but AHT is not affiliated to any of them nor get any form of commission. AHT Agent will walk you through this process and you'll also receive an instruction in both email and PDF file.
Following these instructions will ensure a well-rounded profile across casting platforms, giving you a higher chance to be discovered and considered for roles across the industry.

Talent Profile Set Up: Talent will be provided with AHT profile which is publicly visible in our website.
Portfolio Presentation Book: for models and actors is a professionally bound, physical book used to display talent's best work during castings, auditions, and meetings with agencies or clients.
Physical Comp Card | Composite Card: Commonly used for in person or LIVE casting/audition.
Digital Comp Card | Composite Card: What you used for online submissions.
Video Reels (Fashion or Commercial): Talent will be given a choice to select which video reel match his/her profile.
Additional Custom Materials: Is available upon request for extra cost.
